Let the Peoples of both Arab and non-Arab Descent Bear Witness that the Promise of Allaah Draws Imminently Close—the Promise to Establish His Caliph upon the Entire World in but a Single Night. Verily, Allaah is ever the Fulfiller of His Decree, though the Majority of Mankind Remains Unaware

In the Name of Allaah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful—The Loving One, who loves those who love Him; The Almighty, The Praiseworthy, The Lord of the Glorious Throne, The Doer of whatever He wills. Such is Allaah, my Lord and your Lord. Worship Him alone, without ascribing any partners to Him, and do not call upon anyone alongside Him
.
Let both Arabs and non-Arabs bear witness that the promise of Allaah is near—the promise to establish His Caliph in a single night over the entire world, through the sudden and unforeseen sign of the scorching heat of the Planet of Torment. This will come much sooner than they anticipate—those who feel secure from the plan of Allaah. Indeed, none feels secure from the plan of Allaah except the wrongdoers. Soon they will come to know, as will all mankind, that Allaah shall fulfill His decree, implement His judgment, and execute His choice for His Caliph over the worlds, sharing His authority with none. Yet most people remain unaware. Therefore, be among those who bear witness to this truth
